For babies up to 9 months
Our signature class! This nonjudgemental parenting group offers support, education, and a place to share your experiences. The instructor moderates discussions and acts as an informational resource on important topics for both first-time and veteran parents. Your first class is free!

Movers Class
For little ones 9 - 18 months
Step into our interactive "Movers" class as your little one explores the world. Engage in playful songs, forging connections with fellow parents and babies. Delve into essential topics like how to foster social skills and developmental play for this new stage. Your first class is free!

This 2 session, 6 hour comprehensive birth class will provide you with support, education and knowledge to go into labor and birth with confidence. Bring your partner or labor support person and join us at The People Place for this informative course! Snacks and drinks will be served at each session.

The Midwife’s Circle: Journey to Birth
Join in a cozy circle of expectant mothers led by a midwife with years of practical wisdom to share. Together, we’ll laugh, learn, and prepare for the wild and wonderful adventure of childbirth and the next phase of your lives. From ancient traditions to modern tips, we’ll cover it all—self-care, birth plans, and the unexpected moments that make motherhood memorable. Come for the wisdom, stay for the community (and the food!). This is a chance to build lasting connections, ask the real questions, and nourish your body and soul as you prepare for your journey to birth. Lunch will be served at every meeting!
This class focuses on the essential care for both mother and baby during the immediate postpartum period, rooted in time-honored nourishing traditions that promote optimal healing and bonding. Participants will learn breastfeeding basics, including proper latch techniques and establishing a healthy milk supply, along with practical tips for overcoming common challenges.

Get a Move On Toddler Movement Class
For 15 months - 2.5 years
Our toddler movement class invites children to explore movement, body expression, imagination, and connection. Each class will feature a different theme that allows the toddlers to engage with new materials that inspire their body, mind and creativity. Caregivers will also have the opportunity to participate in activities and practice mindful observation, encouraging their child’s play and development in a nurturing environment.

Infant Class for Couples
Join us in a nurturing space where first-time parents can relax, learn and build a supportive community during our weekly classes designed for all newly postpartum parents and birthing individuals to connect and share their experiences. When a baby first arrives, each partner experiences amazing joys while also facing huge challenges, and no relationship remains unaltered. Together, we will navigate the uncharted terrain of parenthood, connecting with fellow parents to share in the joys and hurdles of this transformative journey.

Dads Group with Babies
For 0 - 12 months
Dads Group is an open-minded, forward thinking, non-judgmental space for fathers and their babies aged 0-12 months. The expectation of a father’s role in a child’s life has increased immensely in recent times with little to no support as to how to navigate this wonderful expectation. The group will run for 8 weeks and allow fathers to connect with other dads through shared experience, to learn developmentally appropriate tools and skills to help them better bond and communicate with their child and their partner, and to share in the ups and downs of being a dad.
Baila Baila Spanish Music Parent & Me Class
For little ones 0 -1.5 years
Join Isabel Brazon for her weekly bilingual Spanish/English music classes. Participants will be introduced to Spanish vocabulary through songs and movement. Caregivers will support the learning with instruments, age appropriate props, dancing, hand motions and repetition. A total immersion experience where everyone will enjoy learning together!

Baila Baila Bilingual Musical Story Time
For 1.5 - 3 years
Join Isabel Brazon, our resident children’s musician, for her weekly bilingual Spanish/English music classes. Isa will read stories with song and dance to the theme of each book. This is an interactive and dynamic way to learn new Spanish vocabulary. Instruments and other props will be used to support each lesson. No Spanish experience required, everyone is welcome!
